By aligning the Chakras we can create emotional and spiritual harmony, as well as enhancing our overall health and wellness.
Today’s focus is on the Root Chakra! Follow along as Gabriella guides you through this Root Chakra (Muladhara) Sequence, the first program in our Chakra Series! This practice is suitable for all levels and moves at a slow, mindful pace, focusing on grounding and stability. You’ll engage in gentle movements to activate the root chakra, the body’s center of grounding and security, leaving you feeling more connected to the earth and centered within yourself. The session ends with a guided meditation to deepen your sense of safety and balance, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.
*For this practice, you may wish to use a bolster or cushion and a yoga block.
