Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms. The Service is not intended for those under the age of 18. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.

Refunds & Cancellations

SUBSCRIPTIONS

MONTHLY - The Monthly Membership fee for our service will be billed at the start of your membership and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership.

All subscription purchases are final and no refund will be given for partially used periods. When a member cancels their membership, you’ll lose access to all members-only content immediately. You’ll still have access to your customer account, but navigation links to members-only content won’t display.

PRINTS

Since your print is made just for you based on the size and frame you choose we are unable to accept returns. If your artwork arrives damaged in any way we will make it right. Please let us know immediately upon delivery by replying to your order confirmation email or through our contact form.

Viewing Restrictions

You may stream videos for your personal viewing purposes. You may not: (a) transmit or distribute any video through any means; (b) publicly exhibit any video; (c) resell views of any video; or (d) allow others to log into your account for the purpose of watching a video. All rights not granted are expressly reserved by True Naked Yoga and Glyph Cinema, LLC.

  1. Content Availability.

    1. Videos are provided on an as-available basis. True Naked Yoga does not guarantee that any particular video will be available for streaming after signing up.

    2. Videos may be offered in different formats (e.g, SD, HD, 4K, etc.). Your ability to stream a video in a particular format will depend upon your device and the bandwidth of your Internet connection.

    3. Some videos may not be available for viewing on all devices or in all territories.

    4. Titles are made available to the subscribers exclusively through their truenakedyoga.com account. You must maintain your account in good standing in order to stream videos. If your account is deleted, you will lose the ability to watch all videos. Under no circumstances will we transfer viewing privileges to other accounts or platforms.
