Lana is a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and pilates instructor with over a decade of experience in various movement types. When she’s not teaching, she also works as a model and producer in Los Angeles where she was born and raised. She’s passionate about poetry and can often be found immersed in a book, out exploring nature, or cultivating her meditation practice.
