Kat is a burlesque performer, contortionist, and dancer who was one of our first True Naked Yoginis. Born in Philadelphia and currently living in Southern California, she began her journey into yoga as a way to keep her body flexible and mobile to support her many other physical pursuits, but fell in love with it as a way to support her mental health and wellbeing. She’s passionate about keeping her body moving and healthy so she can continue to perform and explore joyful movement for years to come.
