Welcome to Strong Flow with Jessica! This rigorous, intermediate-to-advanced sequence is designed to challenge your balance, build core stability, and cultivate total-body power. This flow centers around the peak pose Koundinyasana, a sophisticated arm balance that requires a blend of strength and focus.
The journey begins with grounding in Hero’s Pose before moving into heat-building Cat-Cows and wrist conditioning. Jessica then leads you through a high-energy Vinyasa including Bird Dogs, Fallen Triangle, and Wild Thing to open the heart and prepare the hips. You will explore deep split variations and Chaturanga push-ups to prime the body for the final arm balance, before cooling down with restorative Pigeon Pose and a calming supine twist. Get ready to challenge your balance, ignite your core, and tap into your inner power.
This program will help with:
Building Upper Body Strength: Master Chaturanga-based movements and arm balance foundations.
Enhancing Core Stability: Develop the deep abdominal strength necessary for flight and balance.
Improving Hip Mobility: Deepen your range of motion with split variations and active hip circles.
Increasing Focus: Use Ujjayi breath and intentional transitions to cultivate mental clarity.
Total Body Toning: Engage every muscle group through a series of strong, rhythmic flows.
Namaste.

Welcome to 26+2 Hot Yoga Series with Jessica! This program is a comprehensive exploration of the classic Bikram Yoga method, designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners ready to test their physical and mental endurance. Throughout this session, we will move through a precise sequence of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two invigorating pranayama breathing exercises, with each asana performed twice to maximize its therapeutic benefits.
This high-intensity series is built to systematically work every part of the body, from the internal organs and glands to the muscles and joints. By repeating each pose, you are given the opportunity to refine your alignment and deepen your expression in the second set, utilizing the heat generated in the first. The practice begins and ends with focused breath work (Kapalabhati and Pranayama) to oxygenate the blood and detoxify the system. This flow is perfect for students seeking a disciplined, structured practice that builds incredible strength, balance, and determination.
This program will help you:
Build total-body strength and cardiovascular endurance through high-intensity holds.
Improve flexibility and joint mobility by systematically stretching the entire spine.
Detoxify the body and stimulate internal organ function with focused breath work.
Cultivate deep mental focus and patience through the discipline of repetition.
Enhance balance and proprioception with challenging standing balancing sequences.
Namaste!
