Welcome to Yoga for Tight Hips & Hamstrings with Tay! This beginner-friendly sequence will move you through a series of deep stretches and yoga poses to open up the hips and lengthen the hamstrings, perfect for cyclists, runners, or anyone who feels tight in those areas. You can use this flow as a cooldown after exercise or even first thing in the morning to wake up stiff muscles. All you need for today’s practice is yourself and a yoga mat!

Welcome to Restorative Yin Yoga for Bedtime with Tay! This all-levels flow will move you through a series of gentle stretches and breathwork exercises to help wind-down the body and mind before bed. Set yourself up for a great night’s sleep by taking a few minutes to slow your heart rate and calm your nervous system.
* For today’s practice you’ll need a yoga mat, and you have the option to use two blocks if you have them at home.
