Elle was born and raised in New York before making her way to Los Angeles as a traveling contortionist, model, pianist, and personal trainer. During her 5-year modeling career, she has worked with visual artists, musicians, and filmmakers, using her body as her primary medium for artistic expression. She believes in normalizing nudity and uses her platform to push back against discrimination and censorship of the human body.

Welcome to Advanced Contortionist Yoga Flow with Elle! This challenging expert-level flow will move you through a series of intense backbends and advanced yoga postures that stretch and strengthen all the major muscle groups. With a particular focus on the spine, this flow will help to support and deepen your backbend practice, and is recommended only for those with extreme flexibility. Welcome to Gentle Yoga for Better Circulation with Elle! This beginner-friendly flow will take you through a calming sequence of yoga poses and stretches that are designed to improve circulation and blood flow throughout the body. Through a series of gentle inversions, this program will help to relieve swollen and sore feet, ankles, and legs, as well as countering the compressive effects of gravity on the body.
