Originally from rural Japan, Alice grew up visiting traditional hot springs, instilling in her a lifelong appreciation for relaxation and restoration. Now based in vibrant Miami, Alice is a true multi-hyphenate: she works as a graphic designer dedicated to protecting the city’s historic Art Deco architecture, while also guiding students as a passionate yoga instructor. Having grown up as a “gym rat” with a fitness instructor mother, Alice’s personal yoga journey began in college and has since evolved into a vital daily practice for pausing, breathing, and checking in with her present self. For Alice, practicing naked is the ultimate extension of this freedom, a deeply empowering way to shed the constrictions of clothing, embrace her true self, and move without boundaries.
