This session can be performed at a moderate to intermediate level, and it is easily made more beginner-friendly by simply practicing without the block.

We’ll begin with cleansing breaths and core-intensive warm-ups like the Pilates Hundred, moving into single-leg bridge variations to fire up the glutes. The flow continues with planks, pikes, and “power lunges” to challenge your balance and obliques before concluding with a graceful transition back to the mat. It is the perfect sequence to help you feel strong, centered, and completely aligned in your body. 

*A yoga block is used in this session for an added challenge, but feel free to practice without it for a more beginner-friendly experience.
