This all-levels class is thoughtfully designed to blend dynamic (Vin) movements with longer, more passive (Yin) holds, bringing relief and openness to your neck and shoulders, areas that often hold a lot of tension. We’ll begin with some gentle, warming movements to create space, followed by those deeper, longer stretches to encourage profound release. 

*We encourage you to use yoga blocks and a strap to support your practice and make each pose feel just right for your body.
