Whether you’re hunched over a computer for work or your shoulders simply need some extra love, this quick flow will help to elongate the muscles and relieve minor aches and pains in just a few short minutes.
* For this practice, it is optional to incorporate two yoga blocks and a yoga strap.

Passion is a certified yoga teacher and content creator based in Los Angeles. After completing a degree in Psychology, she became very interested in meditation for healing. She started practicing Kundalini yoga and other meditations, which inspired her to complete 200hr training to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and Trauma Informed Certified with Connection Coalition.
