This Intermediate session is designed to systematically unlock tightness throughout your entire body, targeting major areas of restricted mobility—the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. This practice moves beyond basic stretching, incorporating dynamic movements and deep, sustained holds to build functional flexibility.
The sequence includes powerful standing balances like Dancer's Pose and deep forward folds (Padangusthasana), challenging the strength required to maintain new ranges of motion. We work through a targeted floor series featuring Pigeon Pose and advanced seated folds to increase resilience and length in the hamstrings and inner thighs, promoting better joint health and ease of movement.
*We recommend having a set of blocks nearby to support your hands in deep forward folds and splits, helping you access greater length safely.
