Designed around the physical demands of surfing, this intermediate Vinyasa session is the perfect cross-training tool for anyone looking to build lasting strength and mobility. We focus heavily on functional body mechanics: prioritizing chest and shoulder mobility to reverse upper back tension, and building the deep core strength required for agility and balance.
Yssy leads you through functional transitions combined with heat-building Sun and Moon Salutations. By actively releasing the exact places where the body holds the most physical stress, this practice sharpens your mental clarity and physical endurance. It’s a straightforward, highly functional flow to keep you strong and centered both in and out of the water.
*For this program we recommend two yoga blocks.
