Yogis Uncovered | Meet Kelelah
For Kelelah, movement has always been an instinct rather than an aesthetic pursuit. Rooted in an upbringing close to the sea and shaped by years of personal rebuilding, her relationship with yoga is about emotional endurance, quiet presence, and reclaiming physical autonomy. In our conversation, she reflects on leaving self-comparison behind, honoring the wisdom of the nervous system, and choosing love over fear.
Hi, my name is Kelelah, and I'm originally from the Philippines.
What was it like growing up in the Philippines?
Growing up in the Philippines was pretty magical because we lived in a nipa hut right by the beach, and there was always something to do. I was always outside. I was a crazy kid. I loved being in the jungle and being wild and free. My mom would always try to put clothes on me because I would be running around the village carefree with no clothes, going straight into the ocean naked. I started very young.
What do you do for work?
I am an entrepreneur. I have a brand called Audriasana, which features nude yoga as well as nude podcasts. I am also an artist, so I make abstract art, and I do pole dancing on the side where I make instructional videos. Then I also have an OnlyFans. A lot of things.
How did you get into yoga?
The way yoga came into my life was I was going through a divorce, and I went to a teacher training. It kind of saved me from being depressed. Then I decided that I wanted to become a teacher, and that was about a decade ago. I have loved yoga ever since. I don't teach as much anymore, but I will do yoga anytime, anywhere, any place.
What are your passions outside of work and yoga?
My passion right now is cinematography. I am a cinephile. I love indie flicks, movies, and horror flicks. Any new horror movie that comes out, I am ready to watch it. I am also really into neuroscience, so I have been reading up on neuroplasticity. I love reading everything about the brain.
What does yoga bring to your life?
What yoga has brought to my life is peace, but also endurance: being able to endure difficulties and challenges that come my way. Every time I needed a break, needed to release an emotion, or felt stuck on a problem, I would just break out and do some yoga, and then I would feel all better. It is a way to calm my nervous system so I can think better.
Were you always at ease being naked, or has it changed over time?
When I was little, I was very carefree because I just didn't think about it. But as I grew older, I became more self-conscious about my body and the changes happening, and then fell into comparing my body to other women and never really feeling good enough. Until one day, I decided to try nude yoga with just friends, and then I felt very free and accepting of my body.
How has being naked on camera affected you?
Being naked on camera has affected me in ways I didn't think it would. In one aspect, I stopped caring about how I looked, and it wasn't about my physical appearance anymore. It was mostly about being liberated and feeling a sense of self that I didn't know before, like another part of me that I didn't know came to life.
The other aspect is that people often hold a negative view or taboo around it. When doing nude yoga, people automatically assume it has to be sexual, rather than seeing the liberation, freedom, and self-acceptance of your own body. That is something I have had to navigate: the negative side where people sexualize it, rather than seeing how positively it has affected me and others who feel free practicing it at home.
What is your favorite yoga pose?
My favorite yoga pose is Child’s Pose. The reason why is because it is a pose that really loosens my hips the most. At the same time, it helps my back, stretches me, and relaxes me. It is that pose I can go into after doing something hard or after a long flow. It is that pure relaxation pose, which is a big benefit for me because I like to chill and relax.
Do you have a funny fact about yourself that your friends might not know?
I make weird voices sometimes, and I make weird noises. Everyone thinks it is really annoying.
What is a piece of advice you wish you heard ten years ago?
Don't think too much. The advice I wish I had heard ten years ago is not to overthink how to do something or how to go into it. Just execute. Just do it, fail, and if it doesn't work out, on to the next. I sometimes overthink, and the opportunity passes when I don't just act.
What is your life motto or philosophy?
Make love the focus of your life and put that first over fear. If you know you are afraid of getting hurt, put that aside and just love anyway. That is a big one for me. Just love.
Where can people find you on social media?
You can find me on Instagram at @kelelah. I am actually the only Kelelah on Instagram, which is kind of cool. You can also find me on OnlyFans where I do nude yoga and other creative projects under my artist name, Audri, at onlyfans.com/audriloves.
