It has been a spiritual practice in India since ancient times, and today is performed throughout the world by people from all walks of life who wish to explore the freedom of yoga without restrictions, fears, or insecurities.   • The benefits of Naked Yoga are numerous, but one of the most widely reported effects is a greater mind-body connection. It can be a great tool for those wishing to increase body positivity and self-love, as it encourages acceptance and appreciation of the body in its most open and vulnerable state. When the barriers of clothing are removed you can become more keenly aware of your body’s connection to its environment, such as its weight on the surface of the earth, the temperature of the air around you, and the sensations within the body itself, all of which open a greater pathway for mindfulness. While Naked Yoga is not intended to be a sexualized experience, it can inspire feelings of increased desire as you begin to shed inhibitions and connect more deeply with your inner-self.   • You are certainly not required to be naked when following our programs. Though the yogis in our videos are all practicing without clothes, the exercises can be performed comfortably with clothing on as well. Each program is designed to be enjoyed in the privacy of your own home and at your own pace.

  • Everyone can enjoy naked yoga! Our programs are designed for yogis of all experience levels, from beginner to expert. We recommend consulting your doctor before embarking on any new fitness journey, especially if you are pregnant or have a chronic injury or illness.

  • Yes, all of our naked yoga and meditation programs are voice guided. The instructor will walk you through each asana and assist you with breathing. They are designed by certified instructors and provide a similar experience as to when you are taking a class.

  • Yes! Each program is not only performed by professional yogis to give you visual guidance throughout the practice, but you’ll also hear step-by-step instruction from our expert coaches, so you can feel confident as you move through the exercise. Any modifications or needed equipment will also be noted in the programs.

  • Yoga mats are recommended for following along to our programs. Depending where you are on your yoga journey, you may want to modify some of the poses using accessories. However, if you don't have any blocks or bolsters to use, feel free to improvise using some books or pillows!

  • Absolutely not. Many people begin their yoga journey with the goal of increasing their flexibility, so whatever your current flexibility level may be, that’s just fine! We all have to start somewhere. While you will certainly increase strength and flexibility over time if you consistently practice yoga, it’s important to go slowly and not cause yourself an injury by pushing beyond your limits. Becoming more flexible isn’t necessarily comfortable, but it shouldn’t be painful. Be patient with yourself and listen to your body as you go.

  • Our videos can be viewed on your TV, computer, or mobile device after you have signed up for a free trial or full-access membership. If you have previously purchased one of our programs through Vimeo you will still be able to view your videos through the Vimeo platform, but all of our newest content will be released to our members only.   • “TNY Yoga” is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.

  • There are no contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online without any cancellation fees by signing in and visiting the “Cancel Membership” page.

    Feel free to start or stop your account at any time. Please note, to avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date. You will lose access to all content immediately upon canceling.

  • If you forgot your password you can reset it here by clicking on REQUEST PASSWORD and entering the email you signed up with. This will send you a new generated password.

  • You can easily change your account email address by visiting the Manage Account page.

    Then click into the email field and enter your new address. Then scroll down and select the black "SAVE & CONTINUE" button.

  • You can update your credit card in the “Manage Account” page. Click on the orange “UPDATE BILLING” link to enter in your new card details.

    Then scroll down and select “SAVE & CONTINUE”.

  • There are quite a few options depending on what your specific setup is. The easiest way is to sign into your member’s area on your phone or computer and push them to your TV using Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast. If your TV doesn’t have one of these built in natively it will also work if you have it connected to an AppleTV, Chromecast, Roku or FireTV.

    Another option is to connect your laptop, desktop or phone directly to your TV via an HDMI cable. This many require an adapter depending on the outputs of your device.

  • Our streaming technology uses the latest HTML 5 adaptive bitrate streams to delivery you the highest quality video based on your network’s capabilities. Unfortunately this is not available on all built in Smart TV browsers. The latest LG software does support this however Samsung TVs currently do not.

    For the best streaming experience we suggest using AirPlay or Google Chromecast to push the videos to your TV from your device or watch directly on a laptop, computer, tablet or phone.

  • No. With your membership, all of our videos are available to stream anytime of day and as much as you want to watch them. If you have limited internet connectivity our videos are available for individual purchase through Vimeo on Demand. This will allow you to download them to your phone or tablet for offline playback.

  • When signed in, Members will see an ♡ + Add to Favorites button at the top of each program. Just tap it to add that program to your list of Favorites and a heart icon will appear at the top of the page for easy access to them in the future.

  • In order to remove a video from your favorites you can click on the “X” to the right of the video name. This must be done for each video you want to remove.
